Information:
Angela Waltner (born 1970) trained as a plucked instrument maker at the Mittenwald Luthier School from 1992 to 1995 & achieved her Master Craftsman's diploma in 2001. She intially worked as a specialist restorer of 19th century French guitars. In 2002 she established a workshop in Berlin with Heidi von Rüden where she builds traditional classical guitars. She conducted acoustic research on the sound projection of classical guitars during a masters of engineering course obtained in 2017.
