Information:
Ikko Masada acoustic guitars are made by Masatomo Masuda (Masadaito Ikko) who was born in 1973 in Tokyo. In 1998 he enrolled in the Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery. On his return to Japan he worked at Maurice Musical Instruments Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (producers of Morris brand guitars), where he worked making acoustic guitars. In 2008 he started Ikko Masada Guitars as a hand crafted acoustic guitar maker in Sagamihara city, Kanagawa prefecture. He moved the business to Fujisawa in 2012.
