Information:
Brian Monty has been working with guitars since opening his first shop in Calgary in 1977. He focused on repairs initially but made his first guitar (a flat-top acoustic) in 1979, soon followed by some electrics. In 1981 he made his first archtop. His current workshop is in Sainte-Anne-de-Prescott, Ontario.
