Information:
The Pedro de Miguel brand was founded by Pedro Pérez (1958–2008) and Miguel Ángel Rodríguez (1960 – ). Both had started as apprentices in José Ramírez´s workshop in the early 1970s, but left in 1990 to start their own workshop in Amor de Dias Street, Madrid. They made both classical and flameco guitars but specialised in the flamenco instruments. Rodriguez carried on making Pedo de Miguel guitars after Pedro Pérez died in 2008, and was joined by his son Álvaro and step-son Rubén.
